Training Programs
Private Pilot’s License
This is the first license to obtain on your path to becoming a pilot. According to the FAA, the required flight time to become a PPL holder is as follows:
Total Time: 40 hours
Training Time: 20 hours
Solo Time: 10 hours
Although this is what the FAA requires, the national average is closer to 60-80 hours of total time. Through this training, you will learn about the various aspects of aviation, including systems, aerodynamics, regulation, and more.
Commercial Pilot's License
Do you have your Private Pilot’s License and want to make money? You’ll need to hold a Commercial Pilot’s License in order to do just that. Key requirements include:
10 hours of training in a complex/technically advanced aircraft
One 2-hours cross country flight of more than 100 nautical miles in daytime conditions
One 2-hours cross country flight of more than 100 nautical miles in nighttime conditions

Flight Review
Every 24 calendar months, all pilots are required to undergo a flight review to ensure proficiency and safety. According to the FAA, this is required to consist of at least:
1 hour of ground instruction
1 hour of flight instruction
Because this is extremely flexible with what is covered, your flight review will be tailored to the kinds of flying that you aim to achieve.
